Customized training is offered on a variety of topics for both personal and professional development. Classes are available via Zoom and in-person. Many courses may count toward continuing education credits for various organizations including the State of Wisconsin's Comprehensive Community Services Program (CCS) and Yoga Alliance.

- Yoga & embodiment topics to expand on your personal practice or for Registered Yoga Teacher's continuing education
- Embracing neurodiversity for healthcare providers, teachers, counselors, communities, and any other group who wants to understand more about the neurodivergent experience and sensory processing disorders in order to better support patients, clients, family members, etc
