broken down as follows:
- Personal / professional development series through discussion-based education and experiential learning
- Healing our own wounds so we are better prepared to work with others in a supportive capacity
- Experientially understanding polyvagal theory as it relates to body tissues and bracing patterns, cultivating a physiological state of compassion, and establishing safety for working with trauma held in the body
- Foundations in somatic therapies, bodywork, and energy medicine topics through theory and hands-on practice
- Working with the wisdom of plants, pulse testing, medicine making, using essential oils and flower essences
- Eastern medicine theory for energy medicine practice including Wu Xing (5 elements), Wu Shen (5 spirits), meridians, chakra systems, diaphragmatic gates, and other concepts
75 Hour Certificate of Completion without practicum (OR)
100 Hour Certificate of Completion with practicum
broken down as follows:
- 40 hours lecture
- 35 hours hands on skills
- 25 (optional) hours practicum & case consultations (+additional cost)
- 5 (optional) personal sessions recommended but not required (+additional cost)
